Right, first things first, have you entered yet? If no, best to do it soon before you miss the early bird special. Long course, short course, doesn't matter. Just take that first step and enter.

Any mums out there? Do you have a little Mini Milk Monster, (often referred to as a baby), 18months and under? If yes, please enter. I'll be pushing my little bundle of chaos around on the long course and I would love the competition...oops... I mean company while out there :)

For all you that have entered, it's not long now. Once the Xmas madness is over and we all survive the New Year It'll be time to get our awesomeness on... swim, bike, run...run, bike ,run... Doesn't matter what you choose, all that matters is that you are doing it.

Individual & Team sections (teams include Open, Family, All New Mum's & Corporate)
New Mum's Category (Bubs to be no more than 18 months old and take baby & buggy on the last run/walk) 
Enter before the end of December and go in the draw for a great box of goodies

Training Sessions coming up..
Bike Skills: 
Saturday's 8.30am - 9.30am (weather permitting) from Princess Margaret Hospital Car Park on the following dates:
10th Dec
17th Dec
7th Jan
14th Jan
21st Jan


If you are not confident on your bike or want to know the tips and tricks to make riding fun then book in with Barb on one of these sessions.  $7 per person. Numbers are limited per group so be in quick to book your spot by text to Barb 027 271 9721 or email info@womenstri.co.nz 


Swim Technique:  
Sunday's 4pm - 5pm at Wharenui Pool on the following dates: 
11th Dec
18th Dec
15th Jan
22nd Jan
29th Jan
5th Feb
 

If you are not sure about managing the swim then come along to Wharenui Pool over the next 7 weeks on any of the following Sunday's - $10 per session (includes pool entry).  These sessions are for beginners and the that confident. Numbers are limited per group so be in quick to book your spot by text Barb on 027 271 9721 or email to info@womenstri.co.nz 


Transition & Event practice sessions: 
Saturday 28th Jan & Saturday 4th Feb
3 sessions each day - 1pm or 3pm or 5pm

We will be running some sessions at Rolleston Aquatic Centre the two weeks before the event to go over how the event works, what to wear, how to best manage your transition and answer your questions.  $10 Per person. Numbers are limited in each session so be in quick to book your spot by text Barb on 027 271 9721 or email to info@womenstri.co.nz 


Other Training & Training Groups
If you want company or to join in any of the training groups that we have with Barb Millar Training you are most welcome to come along. You do not need to be training with me to join in, if you are already training with another fab trainer in Christchurch that is just fine.  If you are looking for a trainer in a specific suburb or area of expertise to help you one on one or in a small group contact me as I can put you in touch with many fantastic Christchurch trainers.
