PhysioMed Women's News Dec 2017

Right, first things first, have you entered yet? If no, best to do it soon before you miss the early bird special. Long course, short course, doesn't matter. Just take that first step and enter.

Any mums out there? Do you have a little Mini Milk Monster, (often referred to as a baby), 18months and under? If yes, please enter. I'll be pushing my little bundle of chaos around on the long course and I would love the competition...oops... I mean company while out there :)

For all you that have entered, it's not long now. Once the Xmas madness is over and we all survive the New Year It'll be time to get our awesomeness on... swim, bike,, bike ,run... Doesn't matter what you choose, all that matters is that you are doing it.

Lee (lover of chocolate, enjoys water with her coffee beans, and mother to a 9 month old Mini Milk Monster)
