Swim Group - Wharenui Pool

This week:
 Wednesday 1st Feb 2012
8pm - 9pm

Sunday 5th Feb 2012
5pm -6pm

Numbers for each session is limited due to lane space so bookings on a weekly basis are absolutely essential, either on Facebook, text to 027 271 9721 or  email  swimsession@womenstri.co.nzI will confirm your spot :) 

We do need to be firm on this as we cannot get unlimited numbers in the lanes we have. 

I do send out an additional newsletter to our training group.  (Covers Swimming, Cycling and Run/Walk groups). If you would like to receive this email reminder email us on traininggroups@womenstri.co.nz with your name and email address.

Who are these swim groups for?
The sessions are for everyone at any level of swim fitness.

Swimming can be quite daunting but it need not be!! These sessions are great for gaining the confidence to swim in a group, increase your fitness and improve your technique. 
 
Cost of the sessions
The cost is $10 which includes pool entry.
 
Who coaches these sessions?
Barbara Millar & Brian Honeybone - Barbara is a REPS Registered Personal Trainer and both Brian and Barbara have a long background in swimming and swim coaching. 
 
How are the sessions organised?
Depending on numbers we split into lanes depending on technique and fitness ability.

Lane space is limited so we do need you to book for each sessions either on Facebook or email to swim@womenstri.co.nz or text Barb on 027 271 9721
