Our bike group is all about helping each other to
learn to ride with others and enjoying the company of
other fantastic women. Everyone is welcome, we
split into groups depending on fitness and ability. I do update this page each Monday but we may from time
to time change the start venue either due to weather of
just for a change, so keep checking this page and
Facebook for details I do send out an additional
newsletter to our training group. (Covers
Swimming, Cycling and Run/Walk groups). If you would like to receive this email reminder

Wet Weather alternative: If the weather is not
good for road cycling we change to a Mountain Bike ride
at McLeans Island track (opp entrance to Orana Park).
Meeting at 9:30am in the main carpark. The decision will be made on the Friday so either check
on here for details or text Barb on 027 271 9721 to
check. We do have a text list for changes to
the group ride, if you would like to be on this list
